What are Cross Brand Profiles?
Cross Brand Profiles allow store and support staff using Clienteling to quickly help customers create, populate and link new brand profiles within a separate Omneo instance. This may represent another brand within the same business group or an affiliated brand.
How do Cross Brand Profiles work?
Only with explicit customer consent. Once staff have identified the opportunity to create a new brand profile and confirmed this with the customer; a one-click Clienteling flow will create the new customer profile and send customers a temporary link so that they can access their new account immediately.
When can Cross Brand Profiles be enabled?
To enable Cross Brand Profiles brands must have multiple instances of Omneo or an agreement with another brand who is also on Omneo.
