Our vision for referrals via Invites is for quality over quantity. Invites are a privilege to be used skillfully with customers we know, by the very nature of the introduction, are more likely to be engaged with brands over the long term. High-value customers don't always need to come with the expensive price tag of a marketing campaign or through the open season-spanning tactics often set as a standard by referral platforms.
Today, we're just as passionate about enabling and nurturing these relationships, that's why we've upped our stakes in the Invite game.
Introducing Corporate Invites
Adding to our intuitive and robust Invites Extension, the newly released Corporate component means that brands can quickly and easily add employee and partner referral Incentive programs to their CX arsenal.
The portal provides co-partnered branding, email link customisations, optional passcodes, domain locks and automatic reload for on-premise kiosk use. These referral relationships can then inform customer-specific attributes such as Status and Tier.
