When customers visit in-store, store staff can prompt to add a frequent flyer number.
As well as linking Qantas Frequent Flyer accounts, store staff can also view a history feed of points accrued and redeemed, as well as manual additions, refunds and returns.
"Mark as not interested" can also be selected, to show that the customer has been asked, and shouldn't be prompted again.
