How do Incentives work?

PROMOs are set by the brand natively in POS or eCommerce and can apply to targeted items/categories = these are not controlled by Omneo but should be processed first

BENEFITS  activate specific PROMOS in the POS-based on personalised availability rules but standard PROMO application logic

REWARDS are applied as the 'last' dollar off discount apportioned across all valid items in the transaction

CREDITS are applied as a payment type on some or all of the balance of the transaction after all of the above discounts are applied

PAYMENTS are actual cash/card/partner payment required to pay any remaining balance that exists in order to finalise the transaction
