👤 Syncs profiles to Zendesk
By utilising Omneo webhooks, the plugin listens for when a profile is created or updated and syncs configured profile attributes into Zendesk as an End User
🔥 Deletes profiles in Zendesk
When a profile is deleted in Omneo, the associated Zendesk "End User" will also be deleted giving a user their "right to be forgotten"
✨ Creates interactions on Zendesk events
By listening to Zendesk webhooks, the plugin can create interactions when events occur within Zendesk (for example a ticket is opened by a known Omneo profile)
🔧 Configurable within Omneo
Configuration such as Zendesk connection details and attribute mappings is configured within Omneo itself as the data is stored as a custom field
💁 Easy to install
The plugin only requires a web server (no database, queue service etc)
🔒 Safe as houses
Only Omneo connection details are stored with the plugin itself, all other configuration keys are stored within Omneo custom fields
